Deep freeze hits U.S. northeast

Somehow the weather in New Hampshire, although cold, rainy and icy, just doesn't seem so bad when you realize that International Falls, MN, now know as the Icebox of the Nation, hit -40 degrees!! Is that Celsius or Fahrenheit you might ask? Well, at that temperature it is the same for either.
