Scot smashes world cycle record


And I think that the 100 mile Centuries I do are long rides. This guy rode around the world in 195 days.

and I can't seem to do a 3 hour ride without knee pain of some sort. Tonight I installed a pair of those insoles which you heat in the oven and which take the shape of your foot. Makes the shoes fit a little tight, but I like what I'm feeling. Before, my arch was completely unsupported.
